How to register for our tournaments
from non-European countries.
You are from a non-European country and would like to participate in one of our tournaments? Great, we are really looking forward to it! However, as you will need a visa to enter Germany, the whole process up to registration is a bit more complex. To ensure that your chances of getting a visa are as high as possible, we have created a simple guide below.
We are very happy when teams from different countries participate in our tournaments so that we can all celebrate multicultural highlights together.

You contact us to participate in one of our tournaments. We will send you information (including costs) and you discuss everything with your team and parents.
Information for your invitation letter
If you decide to participate in one of our tournaments, we need a lot of information from you. As soon as we have all the information from you, we can
send you an official invitation, which you will need for your visa to Germany.
We need for this:
- Data of your club: Form 1
- Data for all persons (incl. birthday, passport number): Form 2
Please note that the invitation letter can only be issued once we have received all the necessary information.

Make an appointment at the embassy
As soon as you have submitted the information about your association and the delegation data of all persons to us, you can make an appointment at the embassy. The sooner you do this the better, as the visa process can take several weeks. Please be aware that the embassy will require a lot of additional information and security from you. Unfortunately, the embassy's processing fees cannot be refunded, regardless of whether you ultimately get the visa or not.
Please take into account that you must submit the approved visas to us 14 weeks before the tournament. This is the only way to ensure that you can participate in the tournament.

Official registration and payment
As soon as you have received your visa, you will let us know and you will receive a link where you can officially register. It is imperative that you register at least 12 weeks before the start of the tournament. Otherwise, it is not guaranteed that we can confirm your registration.
After you have successfully registered and received a confirmation from us, the first payments are due. In order for the registration to be valid, the team registration fee and a deposit must be transferred. The remaining total amount must be transferred to us by bank transfer before your departure, otherwise participation in the tournament is not possible.
Important: Registration is only possible once we have all the data from step 2 and the visa confirmations from you.

Request more information now & reserve a non-binding starting spot
We will reserve a starting place for you for 3 weeks without obligation, so that you can discuss everything with the players and parents in peace. You can request information about the respective tournament via various channels. Give us a call, send us an email or simply write to us via WhatsApp. Alternatively, we can present the tournament to you and your fellow coaches in a video presentation.
