How to register for our tournaments
from non-European countries.
You are from a non-European country and would like to participate in one of our tournaments? Great, we are really looking forward to it! However, as you will need a visa to enter Germany, the whole process up to registration is a bit more complex. To ensure that your chances of getting a visa are as high as possible, we have created a simple guide below.
We are very happy when teams from different countries participate in our tournaments so that we can all celebrate multicultural highlights together.

Information for your invitation letter
We need for this:
- Data of your club: Form 1
- Data for all persons (incl. birthday, passport number): Form 2
Please note that the invitation letter can only be issued once we have received all the necessary information.
Make an appointment at the embassy
Please take into account that you must submit the approved visas to us 14 weeks before the tournament. This is the only way to ensure that you can participate in the tournament.
Official registration and payment
After you have successfully registered and received a confirmation from us, the first payments are due. In order for the registration to be valid, the team registration fee and a deposit must be transferred. The remaining total amount must be transferred to us by bank transfer before your departure, otherwise participation in the tournament is not possible.
Important: Registration is only possible once we have all the data from step 2 and the visa confirmations from you.

We will reserve a starting place for you for 3 weeks without obligation, so that you can discuss everything with the players and parents in peace. You can request information about the respective tournament via various channels. Give us a call, send us an email or simply write to us via WhatsApp. Alternatively, we can present the tournament to you and your fellow coaches in a video presentation.
